Sukces w życiu - kariera, duży rachunek bankowy i popularność czy coś innego? - Success in life - career, a big bank account and popularity or something else?

There are ideals, dreams, great decisions and feelings which influence human life. Unfortunately the grey reality overwhelms and shatters these sublime ideals. They can be obscured by the necessity of making money, career, professional and emotional connection. The dust of everyday life with a cargo of anxieties and worries usually fade great things into the background.

Only three people in a hundred do not want to be successful. Most of us dream about success but not everyone would like to be a businessman. From my point of view success is achieved when something we do agrees with us and gives us satisfaction. We are a young generation and the future is ours. Egoism, snobbery, the will to make a career can be seen around us. Some of us are pushy and want to achieve their aims by hook or by crook.

What does the word 'success' mean? Does it mean a career, a fat bank account or popularity? It depends on us: what we are like, what we want to achieve in our life and what is the most important for us. For some people money is the most important thing. As far as I am concerned, the word 'success' means to be happy, to live in accordance with my own conscience. In the future I would like to become an interpreter and a translator of foreign languages. I would like to be a polyglot, and if these dreams come true, I will be extremely happy. But a career is not the most important thing for me. What really counts for me, is private life: a good wife and beloved children. I care deeply about a good atmosphere in my home. As in some way I am an idealist, I would like to change the world. My great dream is to help other people, especially children. I would like to set up a hospice for them, and provide them with a great deal of amusement and joy. I am self-confident, I will achieve a lot because everything depends on me. When my dreams come true, I will be able to shout with joy - I am successful!
