Relacje pomiędzy uczniami, a nauczysielami - The relations between students and teachers

There are several reasons why the relations between students and teachers are far from ideal.

First there is a generation gap between students and teachers even if the age difference is small. They see themselves as belonging to two groups that apparently differ in attitudes to school, for example. They see the world differently and sometimes can not understand each other's point of view. It often happens that they are not willing to make an effort to understand the other party.

Another thing is that teachers forget that pupils come to school not only to learn but also to meet their friends and have fun. They also treat their subject as if it were the only subject that students are to study. For students, on the other hand, studying is just a sad necessity unless something specially interests them. Honest work seldom attracts them. They forget their homework and come unprepared. The tension grows and the understanding between students and teachers becomes impossible to achieve.
